We'll meet and chat all about your business needs, the tasks you'd like to offload, and what we can accomplish together.
If we decide to work together, we'll agree on an official start date. You'll receive a contract and invoice for your first month. If our start date is more than 3 weeks away, you'll need to pay a 50% deposit to secure your spot as a client.
You'll add me to your project management system (Asana, ClickUp, etc.) and we can get started! This will allow me to seamless integrate with your existing team. If you don't have a system, I will add you to my Asana account to give you a workspace to delegate tasks.
You'll receive a weekly report of work hours completed. If there is an overage in hours, they will be billed at $60 per hour on your next invoice. You can upgrade/downgrade your package for your next month at any time!
No, hours do not roll over each month. Every month your service renews, you'll start with a fresh set of hours! You can upgrade or downgrade your package each month if you anticipate your task load to fluctuate.
This varies depending on the complexity of the tasks. We’ll use a project management tool to share tasks and set deadlines. For something like an email sequence update, a 48-72 hour turnaround would be possible, whereas a website update or sales page design is something I’d want to know about at least a couple weeks in advance. This helps me to make sure I plan availability for your larger project.
There's no cookie-cutter answer here unfortunately. Time spent will depend on the complexity of your systems and automations. Web design time also tends to depend on the length of your copy.
If you need some tweaks here and there to pages along with a few regular maintenance tasks like weekly scheduled emails or blog graphics, you may only need my lightest package.
If you’re planning to launch a brand new program soon and need new sales page, opt-in pages, course set-up, etc., I would recommend the middle or high package.
Yes! I love working to support other service providers or designers. If you're looking for someone to take design, tech, or day-to-day operations tasks off your plate, I'm your girl. I can help you with your client work and/or you own internal business tasks as well.

This part is up to you! Live meeting time will be tracked time, just like with any other tasks. If you prefer to hop on Zoom to talk things out, I can offer a 30-minute meeting up to once a week, but this is not a requirement to work together. Asynchronous communication works perfectly fine, too! We can comment via your project management software, as well as use screenshare videos to share feedback or questions on our own time. If you have a Slack workspace, you're welcome to add me to it so we can chat there.
